CANCELLATION POLICY
The customers deposit will not be returned, or your card on file will be charged, when an appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours. The customers deposit will be held for the next appointment when rescheduling. Customers will not be allowed to reschedule more than once with the same deposit. If the appointment is rescheduled without a 24 hour notice the customers card will be charged for a deposit if one is not in place. I understand emergencies happen these policies will also be at my discretion within reason.
